Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and React / Angular / NextJS
- Architect end-to-end systems including APIs, services, and databases
- Build and optimize REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Leverage AI/Vibe coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) for faster, high-quality development
- Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications
- Optimize database performance (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Lead code reviews, design discussions, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot and improve performance, scalability, and security
- Client Communication and Team Management
Core Requirements
- Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API
- Hands-on with React / Angular / NextJS
- Solid experience with AI-assisted development tools (Vibe Coding)
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and design patterns
- Expertise in SQL Server / PostgreSQL (design + optimization)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations
- Proficient with Git and version control workflows
- Excellent Communication & Technical Solution Planning
Architecture & Advanced Skills (Must-Have for Senior Role)
- Designing scalable and distributed systems
- Microservices architecture and API design
- Caching, queues, and performance optimization
- Secure authentication (JWT, OAuth)
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Cloud experience: Microsoft Azure / Amazon Web Services
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with NextJS performance optimization (SSR/SSG)
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms
