Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence and drive revenue growth for Commerce Pundit’s clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market demands and client needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives and business development, sales, and product development strategies.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targeted business objectives.
- Implement performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and proactively incorporate innovative ideas to maintain Commerce Pundit’s competitive edge in the industry.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 14+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the eCommerce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that have driven significant business growth for eCommerce brands.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, with expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends in the eCommerce sector.
