Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Company website end-to-end, ensuring it effectively communicates our value proposition and attracts the right leads.
- Plan, create, and optimize content across key pages (service pages, case studies, landing pages, blogs, etc.).
- Drive organic growth through SEO – keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical audits, and backlink building.
- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and convert leads.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) to attract qualified eCommerce leads.
- Identify and suggest new pages, content topics, and design elements that improve engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the Technology and UI/UX teams to plan and implement site improvements and lead capture mechanisms.
- Lead and coordinate with multiple Digital Marketing resources (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, Email, etc.) under their management.
- Track and report performance metrics, lead generation progress, and campaign outcomes to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in managing corporate websites and digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation, preferably to get the business in eCommerce, Tech, Digital Marketing, Custom Solutions, Mobile App Development, AI integrations, B2B & B2C services domain.
- Hands-on experience working with Tech Teams and UI/UX Designers to build high-converting websites and landing pages.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a background in managing cross-functional digital marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, paid campaigns, marketing automation, and lead funnels.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Meta/LinkedIn Ad Managers, WordPress/Shopify, etc.
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
