After having an initial conversation with the client, it all looked like ‘just another eCommerce project’ that can be accomplished using Magento 2.0. However, with rounds of discussion, the team analyzed that there are some very crucial element that needs to be taken care of. Also, besides the technical aspects and defining the user interface, the team also has to give special attention on the design part, as the client insisted specially to build a creative approach that makes his business stand ahead of competitors.

However, with rounds of discussion, the team analyzed that there are some very crucial element that needs to be taken care of. Also, besides the technical aspects and defining the user interface.
Whenever the team needs to find a solution, they open the gates for discussion. This includes assigned staff from every department. While Magento 2.0 helped to serve better experience and make online shopping simpler, the team has to now work on creating engagement.
To surpass this challenge, the team decided to spend some extra time to research current market and understand the gap between user expectations and prevailing market. After careful analysis and learning the design aesthetics team successfully managed to bridge the gap.
