About the Role
A highly versatile Mid-Level Designer is needed to work dedicatedly on a client project in the e-commerce space. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for someone who can create high-quality visual assets quickly, consistently, and independently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple categories, products, and markets, while maintaining speed, quality, and visual consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update website visuals including banners, homepage sections, landing page creatives, and promotional graphics.
- Create product images from scratch as well as enhance, edit, and retouch existing visuals.
- Develop social media creatives for campaigns across different formats and platforms.
- Design email newsletters and promotional communication assets.
- Produce marketing campaign creatives for launches, offers, seasonal promotions, and gifting-led communication.
- Create GIFs, product showviews, and motion-based visuals for digital use.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple product categories, countries, and campaign requirements.
- Work on a variety of deliverables with quick turnaround times and changing priorities.
- Understand and apply Amazon product page design and content presentation requirements where needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute creative requirements efficiently and accurately.
- Use AI tools effectively to speed up execution, improve creative quality, and support faster production workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in graphic design and production work.
- Ability to create website banners, product visuals, marketing creatives, and social media graphics.
- Strong skill in image creation, composition, editing, retouching, and manipulation.
- Understanding of Amazon product page creative requirements and e-commerce presentation standards.
- Experience working across multiple domains, product categories, and international markets.
- Ability to switch between tasks quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and quality control.
- Strong understanding of how AI tools work, including prompting, iteration, and efficient output generation.
- Ability to use AI not just as an assistive tool, but as an active part of the design and production workflow.
- Ability to deliver work faster using AI-driven methods without compromising quality.

- Has a strong portfolio showing website creatives, product visuals, social media work, newsletters, and campaign assets.
- Is proactive, fast, and highly adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio is mandatory.
- Experience working on client-specific projects is a plus.
