Role Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead end-to-end social media strategy across paid and organic channels. This role goes beyond execution and focuses on planning, scaling, performance ownership, and aligning social media with overall business and revenue goals.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing high-budget campaigns, building content strategy, leading teams, and driving measurable ROI from social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute overall social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Build monthly and quarterly content and campaign roadmaps
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, emerging channels)
- Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and audience engagement strategy
2. Paid Social Leadership
- Own paid media strategy across Meta & LinkedIn with focus on ROI
- Plan and manage high-budget campaigns with clear performance goals
- Lead audience strategy (retargeting, lookalike, funnel-based targeting)
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)
- Work closely with performance marketing team for integrated campaigns
3. Organic Growth & Content Direction
- Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and product goals
- Guide team on content formats (reels, videos, carousels, thought leadership posts)
- Improve engagement, reach, and follower growth across platforms
- Drive influencer marketing and collaboration strategies
4. Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor social media executives and content team
- Coordinate with design, content, SEO, and PPC teams
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
- Manage external agencies or freelancers when required
5. Analytics & Performance Ownership
- Define KPIs and success metrics for both paid and organic channels
- Review weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable insights
- Track performance across funnel (awareness → engagement → conversion)
- Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in social media (paid + organic)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads is a plus
- Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with measurable ROI
- Experience with eCommerce or high-growth digital brands preferred
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, etc.)
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Good understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
