Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy for multiple e-commerce clients with a focus on measurable results (sales, leads, traffic, ROI).
- Oversee and coordinate all digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Ads (Google & Meta), SMM, Email Campaigns, Affiliate Marketing, Content Strategy, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Design, Content, and Project Management) to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and algorithm updates to ensure our clients maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead client communications and presentations to discuss performance, strategies, and new opportunities.
- Track KPIs and regularly report on the performance of client accounts with actionable insights and improvement plans.
- Mentor and grow an in-house digital marketing team, assigning goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Implement processes and tools that improve team productivity, campaign tracking, and reporting accuracy.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET, front-end, and database technologies to improve development processes.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/strategic role.
- Strong expertise in e-commerce performance marketing, including D2C and B2C campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with major tools and platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Ahrefs/SEMRush, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, influencer marketing campaigns, and marketplace optimization is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deploying .NET applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Blazor, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Microsoft certifications in .NET development or related technologies
