Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective eCommerce SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring crawlability, indexing, site speed, structured data, and mobile optimization.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for improved search rankings.
- Manage and oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building and backlink analysis.
- Prepare detailed SEO strategy reports and track performance metrics.
- Analyze traffic, rankings, and other SEO factors to drive data-backed improvements.
- Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to align marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
- Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO growth.
- Lead keyword strategy and content optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with the development team to implement SEO best practices in new and existing website code.
- Recommend improvements to website architecture, content structure, internal linking, and other SEO factors to enhance search visibility.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Mandatory experience in US and international eCommerce SEO.
- 6+ years of proven experience in a similar SEO role.
- Strong expertise in landing page and product page optimization for eCommerce.
- Deep understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Ability to consistently achieve top rankings for targeted keywords and manage keyword performance.
- Proficiency in ongoing keyword research, including discovery, expansion, and competitive analysis.
- Hands-on experience in link building and outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Expertise in standard and advanced SEO practices for eCommerce websites.
- Experience using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies and SEO copywriting best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with development, content, and marketing teams to execute SEO strategies effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm updates, SERP trends, and evolving SEO tactics.
