Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI for e-commerce websites.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and content, to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and other performance factors.
  • Implement advanced link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search engine visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, web developers, and UX/UI designers, to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into all stages of the website development and content creation processes.
  • Lead local SEO efforts to improve visibility in local search results, including optimizing Google My Business profiles and managing local citations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness of SEO strategies.
  • Manage and mentor junior SEO executives and other team members, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, including blog writing, product descriptions, and category pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO with broader digital marketing initiatives, such as PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and overall ROI.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in SEO, specifically with a focus on e-commerce projects.
  • Strong expertise in all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and achieving measurable results for e-commerce websites.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and their SEO implications.
  • Experience in managing SEO for large-scale websites with a significant number of product pages.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot SEO Certification).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels, such as PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience in international SEO and managing websites with multi-language capabilities.
