Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ODOO modules based on specifications
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of ODOO modules
- Integrate ODOO with other systems and applications
- Provide technical support and maintenance for the ODOO ERP system
- Document development processes and code changes
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ODOO development and customization
- Proficient in Python programming language
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ODOO ERP architecture and module development
- Experience with PostgreSQL and related database management
- Excellent problem-solving and code optimization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
