Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other relevant channels (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Manage organic and paid campaigns, including ad setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, and reels) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Plan and execute campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create compelling content on schedule.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to optimize content strategy.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build brand loyalty.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, captions, creatives, and engagement strategies to improve results.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
  • Work with PPC and SEO teams to align social media strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Mandatory experience in US and international eCommerce social media marketing.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in a similar role, managing Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong expertise in social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation, retargeting, and ad copy optimization.
  • Experience in content creation, video marketing, and engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, community management, and viral content strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools
  • Ability to develop and manage paid social campaigns, optimizing for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Experience with international campaigns and adapting content for different audiences.
  • Experience working with eCommerce brands and running product-focused social media campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, visually appealing content.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate reports, create dashboards, and make data-driven decisions.
