Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing search engine marketing campaigns and be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing paid search strategies across multiple platforms to drive online traffic and conversions. The SEM Executive will work closely with the SEO team, content creators, and analytics team to optimize paid campaigns for performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
- Perform ongoing optimization and A/B testing of ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages to improve quality score and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to deliver detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the SEO and content team to ensure SEM efforts are aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest SEM trends and best practices.
- Budget management and cost optimization to ensure maximum ROI on advertising spends.
- Report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other SEM tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads management.
- Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Google Ads (Preferred but not mandatory).
