Skills:

  • On-page, off-page, and technical SEO expertise.
  • Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce
  • CMS experience, UX, CRO understanding, SEO certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting keyword research to identify opportunities and trends for optimizing e-commerce content.
  • Support the optimization of product pages, category pages, and other website content to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Perform basic on-page SEO activities, such as optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links.
  • Help conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with the team to resolve issues like broken links, duplicate content, and site speed improvements.
  • Assist in developing and executing link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with content writers and the marketing team to align SEO strategies with content goals.
  • Support local SEO efforts to enhance visibility in local search results for our e-commerce stores.
  • Participate in managing online reviews and reputation on platforms such as Google My Business.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with SEO trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • SEO or digital marketing certification is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics Certification).
