Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy and execution plan.
  • Design and manage remarketing campaigns to conversion goals.
  • Oversee budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to maximize ROI and maintain efficient CAC.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance user engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, and owned media channels to drive traffic and meet KPIs.
  • Identify and test new channels and opportunities to exceed established performance metrics.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, present results, and refine marketing strategies.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing and digital strategy.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven expertise in managing multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Solid experience in campaign and channel analysis, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LookerStudio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing trends and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using analytics tools and managing digital advertising platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute data-driven digital campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and refine strategies.
  • Conduct experiments such as A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize performance.
  • Oversee marketing budgets to maximize ROI and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing specialists to foster a results-driven, innovative culture.
  • Planning and Forecasting campaigns for multiple projects and clients.
  • Track and Create Reports and Dashboards
  • Develop partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and other strategic collaborators.
