Key Responsibilities
- Provide UX content writing and strategy expertise.
- Manage end-to-end content for sales, services, and support projects.
- Review and collaborate on design wireframes and compositions to enhance user experiences.
- Ensure all content adheres to style guides, SEO, accessibility standards, and brand voice and tone.
- Develop customer journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, outlines, and other documents to support content development.
- Collaborate with content leads and writers to maintain consistency across platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of UX content writing experience for consumer audiences, including independent project management.
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, balancing user testing, research, and analytics with business needs.
- 3+ years of experience writing UX content for digital spaces such as e-commerce flows, mobile apps, or support platforms.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to guide stakeholders through customer journeys.
- Proven experience in microcopy writing, including error messages, button labels, and status messages.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- 2+ years of experience in Agile or development cycles.
- Background in e-commerce content strategy.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
