Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement A/B tests and personalization features to optimize user experiences and drive business metrics.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to create engaging and responsive web pages.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development, A/B testing, and personalization.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Graduation in Computer science or Information Technology degree or related field (without gaps)
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus but not necessary:
- Understanding of web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Google Optimize) and personalization tools.
